The Bonneville Erosion Repairs Project consisted of repair of 10 scour areas and a section of apron area within the aging Bonneville Spillway Stilling Basin. Work was heavily dependent on divers, with work occuring between 35 and 75 foot depths. Damaged concrete areas were demolished and new rebar and concrete was placed and then blended into the existing spillway bays. Concrete was pumped underwater up to 1000’ laterally with more than 100’ vertical change.
